Hein Wilderjans

Hein Wilderjans holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Leuven (KUL, Belgium). He has more than 30 years of experience in the network equipment industry. In 2000 he founded Crosswise, which after a strategic partnership in 2017 became Amadys. As the CEO and Member of the Board, he led the company to become a leading provider of network equipment solutions for utility and telecom operators in Europe, achieving more than 500 million euro annual revenue. He oversaw the company’s growth and expansion through strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
Marc Van Opstal

Marc Van Opstal, an accomplished CFO, brings a strategic mindset and a proven track record. With a master’s degree in applied economics from the University of Ghent, Marc seamlessly combines analytical thinking with hands-on execution. Throughout his career, he has adeptly navigated complex challenges, including financial management and manufacturing operations. As CFO of Amadys, Marc played a pivotal role in executing the group’s successful buy-and-build strategy, resulting in profitable exits by two Private Equity funds. Additionally, as Managing Director of a global metal forming machinery manufacturer, he optimized operations across multiple locations, spanning Belgium, the Netherlands, the USA, Indonesia, and China.
Benoît Willems

Benoît Willems holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Leuven (KUL, Belgium). After his studies, he founded a company specializing in cloud communications and held several positions in a multinational environment, where he gained increased responsibilities in sales, engineering, lean six sigma, and general business management. In 2018, he joined Amadys, where he worked on the foundation of the new group and the transition from a financial holding to an integrated multinational. His responsibilities included business transformation, post-merger integration, continuous improvement, marketing, e-commerce, corporate communications, IT, and ERP.
